MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:
The Falcon serial flexographic press is our newest machine which aimed to produce high quality label, it is suitable for printing with film material, aluminium material, all paper material.
The printing roller adopts sleeve style which is light and easy, convenient and fast to exchange, this design largely improves the printing quality and reduces the maintenance.
The full machine adopt all servo motors, each printing unit has three servo motors, one is for sleeve cylinder, one is for the impression roller, the last one is for the anilox roller.

Adopt the anilox roller to spread ink.
Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic power brake, clutch.
Each printing unit adopt 360° for registration.Each printing unit have one IR dryer.
The rubber roller can break away automatically while parking, and running at a low speed, in order to avoid ink being dry.
The main motor is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
Unwinding, printing, varnishing(UV), IR drying, laminating and rewinding can be finished in one process. This is an ideal machine for printing factories to print many kinds of adhesive-paper label and other commercial label.
