Servo Intermittent Label Die Cutting Machine with Flexible Repeat Length

The GRDC-370S is a servo intermittent, or semi-rotary, label die cutting machine designed for flexible repeat lengths and changing label formats. Unlike a conventional full rotary system that may require different magnetic cylinders for different repeat sizes, its intermittent web movement allows multiple cutting lengths to be processed with a common cylinder configuration.

This can reduce tooling requirements, setup waste and production costs for short and variable runs. The machine operates at semi-rotary speeds of up to 60 m/min and is suitable for digital label converters, commercial printers and manufacturers producing frequently changing label sizes that require accurate cutting and efficient material use.
