Four-Shaft Non-Stop Turret Rewinder for Label Production

The Turbo-330 is a four-shaft non-stop turret rewinder designed for continuous finished-roll production on label printing and converting lines. Its turret system changes between rewinding shafts without requiring the upstream process to stop, helping reduce downtime during finished-roll replacement. Automatic tension control regulates the web throughout rewinding to support stable roll structure and consistent finished-roll quality at speeds of up to 100 m/min.

The machine is suitable for label converters, flexographic printers and packaging manufacturers that produce multiple small or medium finished rolls from a continuous web and need faster roll changeovers with less manual interruption.
