Automatic Non-Stop Roll Splicer for Continuous Web Feeding

The NU-370 is an automatic non-stop roll splicer designed to maintain continuous material feeding when an unwind roll is nearly exhausted. It joins the end of the running web to a prepared replacement roll without requiring the downstream printing or converting line to stop. Stable web-tension control helps manage material movement during the roll-change and splicing sequence, reducing downtime associated with manual reel replacement.
